PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PSOs)

  1. To provide students with a solid foundation in mathematical, scientific and engineering fundamentals required to solve engineering problems and also to pursue higher studies.
  2. To train students with good scientific and engineering breadth so as to comprehend, analyze, design, and create novel products and solutions for the real-life problems.
  3. To inculcate in students professional and ethical attitude, effective communication skills, teamwork skills, multidisciplinary approach, and an ability to relate engineering issues to broader social context.
  4. Graduates will recognize the importance of lifelong learning to shine as experts either as entrepreneurs or as employees and thereby broadening their professional knowledge.

 

PROGRAM OUTCOMES (POs)

  1. Engineering Knowledge: Ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science and engineering principles to solve problems related to Electronics and Communication Engineering.
  2. Problem Analysis: Ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyze and interpret data.
  3. Design/Development of Solutions: Ability to use the techniques, skills and modern engineering tools necessary for engineering practice.
  4. Conduct Investigations of Complex Problems: Ability to design a system, component or process to meet the desired goals of Electronics and Communication Engineering considering social, environmental and ethical aspects.
  5. Modern Tool Usage: Ability to function on multidisciplinary teams
  6. The Engineer and Society: Ability to identify, formulate and solve engineering problems with the knowledge of Electronics and Communication.

  1. Foundation of mathematical concepts: To apply mathematical methodologies to crack problem using appropriate mathematical analysis, data structure and efficient algorithms.
  2. Foundation of computer system: Ability to design and develop hardware and software in emerging technology environments towards System programming.
  3. Foundations of Software development: Enable to grasp the software development lifecycle and methodologies of software systems. Associate with practical proficiency in the broad area of programming concepts and provide new ideas and innovations towards research.
