• Develop Soft Skills, JAM Sessions, Communication skills, Mock GD, Interpersonal Skills.

• Inculcate Life skills like Self-confidence, Positive Attitude, Change Adoption, Career Talks, and Healthy Living.

• Offer Training programs on Logical Reasoning, Analytical Aptitude.

• Develop Professional skills like Facing Interview, Resume Building, and Job Search.

• Make efforts to provide career opportunities to all the students.

• Work with placement departments of other institutions to organize off-campus and pool campus drives.

• Arranging campus recruitment drives, industrial visits.

• Organizing summer internships.

• Facilitate Industry Institute Interaction to improve the skill levels of the students in their chosen fields.

• Identify and partner with competent agencies for Campus Recruitment Training.
