The Department of Computer Science and Information Technology was started in the year 2020. The intake of the department is 90. The Department has eminent faculty with Doctorate degrees. The faculty published research articles in various conferences, national and international journals.

The Department is periodically organizing seminars, conferences, faculty development programs, workshops and guest lecturers for the benefit of both the students and the staff.  Students are also actively participating in national Level competitions. Students are actively participating in various professional society activities under CSI chapter. Students are also encouraged to take active part in Internships. In- order to enhance creative abilities among the students the department has established an incubation centre. Personality Development programs are frequently conducted to enrich the students. These programmes help in imparting and developing soft skills which help the students to improve the commitment at all levels.
